Art Deco Inspired Bedroom

Here’s a second reveal for the Art Deco AirBnB.

The color palette for this design was translated from room to room, so the colors we were working with were green, pink, rust, and accents of gold (A MUST). The Art Deco vibe was a big inspiration and desire for the clients. SO, being located in Miami, we knew we had to go all out for this one!

For this room, I found a beautiful upholstered, curved headboard that felt perfect for the space, this led to the choice of adding other “circled” items to complete the room. We added circle pendants, and a curved mirror, and ran with it.

Growing up in the city of Miami and knowing about the Art Deco scene made me feel excited to put this project together for my clients. Art Deco will always be a uniquely popular style in the Miami area. The inspiration of Art Deco drove me to design a place where people felt welcomed and desired to stay throughout the year.

The color palette also made me extra excited to work with, especially the amount of pink going into the rooms! Pink makes everything just all the better. It’s the classic touch to bring everything full circle. Knowing many different people will be staying in this AirBnB makes it all special. I truly enjoyed designing this place.
